FAQ

What is landed cost? +

The full cost of getting goods to your door: product price + international shipping + import duty + insurance + any other fees, divided by quantity. Comparing supplier quotes without landed cost is how margins quietly disappear.

How do I estimate import duty? +

Duty depends on your product's HS code and destination country. As a rough planning figure many buyers use 5–25%; for an exact number, check your customs tariff schedule or ask your freight forwarder before ordering.

Should I include agent and QC fees? +

Yes — put sourcing-agent commission, inspection fees and consolidation charges in "Other fees". A quote that looks cheap before fees is the classic trap.
